Tamara Savchuk, CEO

Tamara has worked in startup scouting, assessment and Due Diligence. She has analyzed more than 400 startups on behalf of corporate clients and investors. Later she moved to Venture Building and supported projects in delivering a proof of concept and getting ready for a first financial round. Finally, she has experience in organizing and handling ideation workshops and bootcamps and accelerating corporate innovation projects.

Tamara believes that anyone can be an entrepreneur given the right tools and support. Moreover, these tools and support should be available to anyone and oriented towards practical advice. That's why she created Creidea.

Ricardo Monagas, Tech Lead

Ricardo has been building tech startups for more than 8 years now. He is currently involved in the management of the development team of 2 tech startups and handling the operations of Uppersky, a software design & development company. 

On a daily basis, he is working on the definition of software architecture & requirements, handling communication among developers & designers, and making technology decisions that can support business growth and good experiences for the end-users.Also, he is mentoring tech-startups in different acceleration programs in Switzerland, Czech Republic, Norway and Chile.

At Creidea, he advises the startups on building their minimum viable products, what steps to follow and what to avoid in the path to build their solutions, prototyping, decisions about software requirements and how to scale tech teams.

Ricardo Monagas

CMO - We are looking for a CMO to join the team

The CMO would have the following responsibilities:

- Managing all marketing topics of CreIdea

- Developing the marketing program for the digital incubator

- Supporting startups in marketing-related topics


The CMO should have the following expertise & mindset:

- Experience in defining & refining target customers

- Experience in defining and running targeted marketing campaigns with small budgets

- Good coverage of digital marketing, social media, content development and analysis
